I acknowledge that:
- The administrator obliged to ensure that the processing of my personal data is carried out in accordance with the regulations is the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The administrator has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted via the e-mail address: iod@mazovia.pl;
- “My data is processed for the following purposes related to registration on the bpm.wrotamazowsza.pl portal: setting up an account, using e-services such as: registration for internships, purchase proposals, exhibition rentals, consideration of complaints and requests, notification of publications in the journal, registration for events, registration for library lessons, distance learning, videoconferencing, receiving e-mail notifications related to e-services, receiving notifications related to the implementation of e-services.”
- My data may be made available to entities with which the Library has concluded relevant agreements to entrust the processing of personal data. In addition, I acknowledge that:
- my data will be stored for the period of validity of the User’s account (minimum 3 years) or until the consent is withdrawn, an objection is raised, a request to delete data is made. The end of this period will take place within 7 days from the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by clicking on the “delete account” button. After deleting the account, the data will be anonymized, and the deletion of the account will be recorded in the system,
- I have the right to request from the administrator access to my personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data. However, I am aware that my rights may be limited by a specific legal provision,
- I have the right to withdraw consent (withdrawal of consent is possible after logging in to the system – in the My Account option), which is the legal basis for processing, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
- I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,
providing personal data is a condition for access to the e-services on the website. The basis for the processing of my personal data is the consent given, - my data will not be subject to automated decision-making,
- my data will not be subject to profiling, i.e. the assessment of certain personal factors.
